The DataLogger 6 captures the most important data from your fusion jobsite to ensure that a joint was fused with the correct pressure and times according to supported standards.

The ruggedized, Android-powered tablet records and documents key parameters of the fusion process including heat soak times, heating pressure, open/close times, fusion time, fusion pressure and cool time. A real-time graph gives the operator immediate visual feedback and information regarding the integrity of each fusion joint. An entirely new interface design makes data collection simple. A user friendly touchscreen and concise on-screen instructions guide operators through the entire fusion process.

As part of the record, the DataLogger captures GPS locations and includes front and rear cameras to document jobsite conditions and images related to the joint. A 2D barcode scanner is incorporated to quickly scan pipe and fitting information for efficient documentation. The new DataLogger is IP67-rated for water and dust resistance while the capacitive, glove-friendly touchscreen utilizes LumiBond® display technology to produce excellent visibility even in direct sunlight. Joint records from the DataLogger 6 can be securely stored and analyzed online in the DataLogger Vault™ – allowing quick and easy sorting, tagging and sharing of joint records by machine, joint, operator, device or job.
