Going forward, when we do business together, SECOR will email you a one-page Contract Cover Sheet with the agreed BASIC BUSINESS TERMS of any proposed transaction between you and SECOR, with links to the SECOR E-Signature Policy and TERMS and CONDITIONS that apply to each transaction.
The Contract Cover Sheet will have a place for your initials and signature to indicate your agreement to the applicable policies or terms and conditions, which together will constitute our contract for any transaction. Thank you for using SECOR products and services.
